Be better, maybe! I didn't know you were gulten/dairy free. My daughter is too, so we do all that for parties as well. Hard cutting out both, but in a way, also results in a very healthy diet for all the family ... so grateful for it too (honest!). I'm still experimenting with various recipes but once I find one that works I use it a lot. My thoughts are with you regarding your Grandmother.
